What are some must things to do or see at Niagra Falls?

We are a family of four. Kids are age 14 and 12. Thanks for your help. We will be camping there at the end of July.

The answer above identifies an excellent adventure tour. The maid of the mist boat tour of the river below the falls is interesting as well. There are also a thousand touristy things to do from museums to theme parks to casinos for mom and dad. Personally I like to watch the water, take a tour of one of the power plants, maybe a helicopter ride, or arrange for a fishing trip on the river. But that's just me.

Go to Niagara on the Lake as well - it's a beautiful old town and we stayed in a gorgeous haunted inn there.  It's a nice compliment to the trashiness of Niagara Falls (the town, not the falls themselves).  On the way there's a lovely vineyard where you can pop in and buy some delicious ice wine which is unique to the area - something for you and your hubby to savour after the kids have gone to bed :)

Tour behind the falls,Maid of the Mist,and you will want to go walk falls avenue because they have a waterpark{inside and you need tickets} a casino,a hard rock cafe,a hershey and coca cola store.ALL CONNECTED TO THE SHERATON HOTEL{which me and my family stayed at.}There is also a Marvel arcade and wax musems,and ripleys believe it or not,haunted house,gift shops etc.That is all on some hill that i dont remember the name of.HAVE FUN!

Niagara Falls Canada:

Clifton Hill-google it! its got so much on it including arcades, mini golf, stores, restaurants, drop zones, museams(wax, ripleys, guiness), ripleys moving theatre, fun house, and tons more. Clifton hill is awsome you will love it.

A great place to go is the Bird Aviary, It would be a great place to go, it is a huge aviary filled with all kinds of tropical birds.

Another fun place is to go to the Rainforest Cafe, which is right on Clifton Hill. It is a fun restaurant that is filled with animatronic animals and even has a real shark display.
