  1. hi! thats a really big problem...you know on that case i think u might consider a doctor because that is a very serious condition but if you don't like u must be stress free, of course it is hard to avoid that...avoid loneliness if you can do.. u know, based on the book that i read, if the true personality or alter is triggered with stress, problems that u might can't handle, that's the time the other alters shows..u see, the other alter risen when ur body and mind cannot handle the situation, that's why doctor must be needed...my family friend just died because of that condition, when you check the news last month at hawaii, the father, killed her wife and son.and after he comes back to his real identity,he killed himself because of what he did.im not trying to freak you up but i think u must know this, in order for u to consider the specialist.  when u'r other alter showed up, you cannot control it, and most of the time you cannot remember what u did...

i hope i'v been useful... take care.. oh by the way, you must read the book of sidney sheldom, tell me your dreams is the title.i think it will give more information to you.

  2. Herbal Treatments in Bipolar Disorder:

Chamomile, St. John’s Wort and Valerian Root are the most common herbs recommended by homeopaths for natural treatment of bipolar disorder.

Other remedies have included SAM-e, Gingko-Biloba and Inositol (part of the Vitamin B-complex family, also a simple carbohydrate.)

  3. I've been struggling with bipolar for about two years.  I've tried the vitamins and the herbs, but they didn't really do anything for the underlying cause.

I strongly recommend going to a doctor and then seeing a therapist.  Bipolar is not necessarily something that you treat to make go away, it's something that you manage.  There are things you can do like rhythm therapy that don't require any medication or supplements, but they really do help stabilize your mood.  These are things that you can work with a therapist on.

And don't be anxious about seeing a therapist.  It's nothing like what Tony Soprano did.  It's once every week or two depending on what you need.  The right therapist is not going to drug you up - they are going to help you learn everyday ways to manage what you're going through.

  4. One sure remade is Medical Marijuana.  Why beat up ur kidneys and liver with all the pills doctors make you take, go old school on this disorder with some natural herb. I would say some indica strain to relax and control the day.

  5. why suffer see a medical professional a good physicarist.Proper meds proscribed bt him. Naturl hearing from other bipolar is not the magic potion.but that is me not a doctors advice.

  6. First of all you'll need to focus on positive things.  Find the up side of everything.  I mean everything.

These supplements should help when taken in combination:

    Ultra Vitality NutraPack

    Tranquility

    Genesis

    Advanced Omega

Make sure you're eating lots and lots of fruits, vegetables and nuts.  Reduce intake of very sweet stuff.  Drink a lot of home made fruit juice and vegetable juice.  Do not sweeten you fruit juice.  The fruits are sweet enough.

  7. Usually, the best 'prescription' is changing your diet, especially to include more foods rich in B-vitamins. Yes, you can also take herbal supplements to help control your impulses. But the #1 way to help fix it is to look to what you are eating and doing.

Moderate, low-stress exercise such as strength training is ideal to add to your routine. Anything cardiovascular is going to make your body more stressed out.

Look up a method called metabolic typing, and look up Paul Chek. He has a lot of answers right there. Or also raw foods. I pair both methods together since they are complementary and it works wonders for every health problem you have. Just make sure that you give it some time to work. You'll start feeling good immediately, but don't get discouraged if you fly off the handle during your initial 'healing' period. It happens and you move on.

    Good luck.
