  1. By listening to nice soft music and relax either laying on the floor or in a recliner chair.

  4. Since two weeks ago, I'm using acupuncture and Chinese herbs for stress and anxiety. I'm usually skeptical about these natural/alternative treatments but to be honest I have been improving a lot. Important!!! Go to a professional certified person.  

  5. i'm a massage therapist, and it's a proven fact that massage is the altimate in relaxation, if done correctly! it realesses your negative toxins in your body and replaces them with new relaxed one's. if you don't believe just try it, stress free is priceless!

    Another is to de-stress by mediating, breathing exercise or just day dreaming for a few moments.

    Breathe deep and slow and exhale slowly.

    Mediate to calm your mind.

    Day dreaming to relax and slow your energy level.

  7. Rescue Remedy, soft music, being with good friends, taking a walk, singing (give it a try), deep slow breathing, lots of things to try.

  8. Laughter. You have to surround yourself with funny people, funny movies, TV shows and everything to the point where you can laugh at the thing that stressed you out in the first place!
