Internet addiction (actual medical condition), p**n addiction, false information presented as facts, lazy people, pedaphile haven, decreased productivity at the workplace (office jobs), increased isolation (no need to leave the house to get anything).  The list goes on and on.

Instant and private access to indulgent media, media that is known to be anti-social but indulged in by the criminally insane.

Anonymity. By far the biggest negative ever. People are able to say anything and everything without fear of those they talk to will know who said it. It's been the contributing factor to nearly all cyber-bullying as well as the cause so many sexual predators have never been caught, they aren't able to figure out who is using whatever account. Because people can remain anonymous they are doing things that they would not normally do and saying things that are extremely hurtful, wrong, and in some cases torturous (Yes, it's possible to torture someone with words, it's called psychological torture, where people play with anothers thoughts and emotions. Probably the cruelest form of torture there is).
