What are some nice and cheap hotels in Fiumicin, Rome close to the Da vinci airport,attractions?

Take the subway to the train station when you get in.  The airport is far from everything.  That way you can buy your ticket early for your departure guaranteeing you a seat, and giving you choices of what seat you like.  Then stay near the Termini.  It has a bad reputation, but I stayed by the Termini and felt completely safe the whole time.  If you choose to do this stay at the Hotel Mariano.  It's clean and newly renovated.  And if you get a good room you will be overlooking a beautiful piazza.   It's less than three blocks from the Termini, you can walk there.  Because you are so close to the Termini, once you are settled in you can walk back to the Termini and take a subway to any of the major sites in Rome, or depending on your time take the Trambus 110, it's a double decker sightseeing bus for 13Euro.  It will take you to or very close to all the major sites in Rome.

I stayed at a place called Hotel Cipriani--I think it was on Via Flavia--within walking distance to train station that goes right to the aiport.  Also withing walking distance of many tourist spots, but not too touristy.
