Iv'e been reading this novel about a greek girl who's vegetarian and went to her home and found there was alot of nice vege foods there,anyone know of some?

i forget the name of the dish- shame on me- i have greek blood! :) but the rice and chopped onions and herbs stuffed in to vine leaves are nice. you can get them with meat in and without. greek omelette too?
