What are some nice tops to wear with a pencil skirts?

Just a solid color tshirt, turtleneck, long sleeve, sweater, button-down, WHATEVER! Just keep it only one solid color and it'll go with a pencil skirt.

Silk blouses, Ruffle front blouses, white blouses, short sleeved solid colored tops, with a v neck. Pencil skirts need  Classic looking tops to go with them and to dress them down use a polo or V neck top.

Silk blouses.  I got a silk blouse body suit that the skirt look so cute.  I also paired up with a cute pair of heels and some cute accessories and I was good to go.  

I wish I were more of a fashion icon, but it doesn't come to me very easily, yet I love to dress up and accessorize so I have to rely on fashion magazines.  I am sure that you will do better than me.
