  1. spam, canned beanie weenie, canned stew, mre's.etc...


  2. Well, there is always Peanut Butter and Jelly.

  3. Cured salami, beef jerky, smoked tuna in pouches, and dry cheeses for substance.  Bread in the form of tortillas or Peta.  Dried fruits and nuts.  Packets of mayo, catsup, mustard, sugar,salt, & pepper.  Pickles, sun dried tomatoes, dry chilis, and dried vacuum sealed vegetable pouches.

  4. Ziploc bag with a can of tune/chicken, mayo packet and relish packet. Empty into bag during lunch prep, close bag and squish with hands. Open bag an smear on bread/crackers/pitas. When finished, throw trash into stinky bag and seal-take to trash bin.

    Same idea but with hardboiled egg salad

    Apples and P-nut butter or cheese in a can

    Cheese and Summer sausage, with grapes and crusty bread.

    Cooked ziti pasta & olive oil in Ziploc bag, and a jar of Ragu meat sauce, with crusty bread and garlic parmasan butter spread

    Onigiri (Japanese rice balls filled with savory items) or bento boxes;

    Cornish pasties (baked meat pie that keep all day).

    Hummus and pita chips, cold falafel balls and tahini lemon dressing, small containers of tabuleh.
