My ex BF was Greek.  These are the best ones:-

Before I was veggie I sampled a few:

Beef or Lamb Stifado

Kleftiko (lamb yummmmm - bit like a stew)

Sovelaki (chicken - kebab like yummmm)

Vine leaves

Mousaka (like lasagne but has pumpkin in it)

Pitta and taziki (bread and a dip)

There are loads more but these are my favourite OH and houmous obviously! x

iam hoping these goat burgers max has talked about,are the so called gyros wich are filled with usally beef chicken or lamb..but GOAT? never..although i have had  kid goat .omg its delecious  but i had it done in a stefadio...lol just an after thought i wonder if  macas in athens are selling goat burgers?lol
