just curious to know what some of the states are. i'm kind of into a conversation about how the US would be effected if CA was to be flooded. the person i'm talking to doesn't see how it would matter if CA's big cities were hit by a floor or a "big one" (earthquake)

  1. Arkansas....oh, wait, you said biggest economic states not smallest - sorry!

  2. There is a list of U.S. states sorted by their gross state product (GSP). GSP is the state counterpart of the national gross domestic product (GDP), the most comprehensive measure of national economic activity. The United States Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) derives GSP for a state as the sum of the GSP originating in all the industries in the state. California ranks #1 and Texas #2. That being said, it would take a bloody disaster of biblical proportions for the entire state of California to be flooded or effected by an earthquake.

  3. California dominates the US Economy. No state comes close to Cali's wealth...

  4. idk

    edit

the first guy said where ever the oil at so then its Texas

  5. probably any major city would show an impact.  i mean when there were floods in the midwest a couple months ago that impacted lots of stuff.

  6. Wherever all the oil companies' workers are.
