What are some of the basic exercise in gymnastics?

I mean for example flips, handstands, back bends and stuff but in more detail and with the right name!

  1. Stretching is the most basic exercise in gymnastics, everything else is an advanced technique.


  2. well exersises and moves are different and im not sure exactly what you want so i'll name both:

    and different exersises you can do is:

    splits and straddles, sitting on your knees then laying back, sitting on one knee and one leg straight out and bending your head down to your knee,doing backbends up and down up and down, handstands are very important, they're in almost every move you do,push-ups and pullups,crunches. i hope i could help and if this is to confusing plz email me = ] good luck
