What are some of the best colleges for veterinary sciences in the United states?

I want to be an equine vet. I know Cornell, its one of my choices, but what are some other ones?

You may not have a choice.  There are only 28 Vet schools in the US.  The good news is that all are excellent.  The bad news is that they have residency requirements and accept very students who do not live in that state -- or one that has a contract with the school to reserve positions for its residents.  That means that there is probably only one school that will give you serious consideration.

The best school for equine medicine is the Veterinary School of the University of Pennsylvania. They are regarded as having the finest and largest facility for treating horses. Located at the New Bolton campus, the vet school is set in a farm like atmosphere, yet it's close enough to Philadelphia to allow one all the benefits of a large city. Check out the link below.
