It's not local, but if you want to try something different, go to California Pizza Kitchen.  My favorite pizza is the Toastada pizza--every thing you find on a toastada, but on a pizza crust(I recommend the honey-wheat crust) and instead of tomato sauce it's refried beans (like on a toastada).  They have about 20-25 different pizza, including regular pepperoni.

Have you tried Chicago Pizza?  The sausage pizza from there is outstanding.

Campisi's Pizza, especially the one around SMU.  It's a little hole in the wall that has the best pizza around.  It's legendary!
