if you like asian food, go to LuLu's Noodles in oakland on craig street. they serve Chinese, Korean, Thai, and some Japanese food. it's awesome and you get huge portions for only 5-7$.

Tambellini's has great Italian food

Perry Di Pizzaman in New Kensington has the best pizza in the area

Village Dairy in Mt. Washington has awesome local fare.

Primani Bros. has excellent sandwiches

There's always The O down on the University of Pittsburgh campus in Oakland also........ great value and great food.
