What are some of the best places to see or things to do in Montana?

Particularly in Missoula, Helena and Billings. Recommendations on things to do or see that is unique to the cities would be greatly appreciated. Also, what dish is unique to the state? Is there tiger meat/steak tartare?

Petroglyphs in Billings, capitol building in Helena.  Little Big Horn battlefield south of Billings, Crow Chief Plenty Coups historic home/museum.

Buffalo/bison burger.  [I prefer the burger to bison steak.]

You need to try rocky mountain oysters.

There are alot of wonderful mining towns around the Helena area if one likes old history.
