  1. I only wish we could buy wine at the grocery store :(.  We live in PA.  When we go on vacation usually we can't find the wines we like so it's a guessing game.  Most you can't go too wrong with.  I can't remember some of the names but the one with the fish on it wasn't too bad, red truck and yellow tail were okay if you like drier wines.  Most run around $12-$19.

  2. I live in California where you can buy great wines even at a grocery store.  Some that are probably widely distributed that might be in grocery stores elsewhere include:

    Kim Crawford 2006 Sauvignon Blanc

    ($17.99)

    Columbia Winery 2006 Gewurztraminer

    ($9.29)

    Columbia Crest Chardonnay ($9)

Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel ($9)

    Beringer Cabernet Napa Valley ($30)

    Beringer Chardonnay Private Reserve ($30)

Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant ($30)

    Beringer Sauvignon Blanc ($8)
