Best prices to be found would on ebay. But make sure you check out your sellers and that they have experience and a good reputation for selling gems.

www.grangem.com....for the most part you get what you pay for in the way of gemstones.  This site has top quality stones.

Fire Mountain Gems has a lot.  If you are looking for the largest variety and cheapest, try eBay...make sure you check the shipping costs.  Also, check ebay live auctions.
