To be sucessfull; one needs to take inspirations, energy, and wisdom from a charecter which has senses of goodness, victory, glory, and unfailing righteousness in their respective nature. All people have charecter; and they may show that they are good, victorious, glorious, and right; but very few have the ability  to know that their nature is not like wise and that they have to work hard to gain such senses in their respective nature and to build and grow them as the qualities of their nature.

A successfull charecter is one; whose actions are real and which originate from goodness in its nature; instead of the mind or the intelligence of the person having such charecter; and which are praiseworthy and auspicious ( i.e. good ) for the self

A truly successfull person; perceive and knows such charecter as their own respective god; who has big reputation; popularity; brilliance; gloriousness; and light. He works hard to know and gain the qualities of goodness, victory, glory, and unfailing righteousness from such gods in the nature of the self as the qualities of the nature of themselves.

He has the ability to know that such qualities of self only can help them  work hard for the purpose of gaining big reputation; popularity; brilliance; gloriousness; and light of god for self;

He knows them to be as that the grace of god for self; by which he can live in this world and can work, act and perform actions of and for living; with success.

He knows this grace of god; as the confidence of his self in him; as the reasons of all the oppportunities which he gets to continue to work in his respective life; and as the strength in the self to work hard to live, work, act and perform in their lifes.

He knows that the true value and belief systems of life; which give success in life; is that quality and ability  of self by which one can freely and religiously seek the grace of god for his self; and worls hard to develop them in his self.

He develops the qualities and abilities of devotion to god; for seeking his powers of joy, love, compassion; and he does so by knowing and serving the needs and reqirements and the purpose of the existance, presence, and working of the mind of self and one and all alike; which is pleasantness, satisfaction, and happiness of self.

To be successfull is all about;

seeking using and driving the powers of joy, love, and compassion in self by self;

operating them to gain and deliver pleasantness, satisfaction, and happiness to self and to people, places, and things outside through the confidence of self;

generating wisdom, knowledge, and positive energy in the self from them; to earn and gain opportunities from them to work; and finally to

become good, victorious, glorious, and unfailingly right in the eyes of them through the performances of self.

It really depends what you're trying to be successful at, but in general, having a positive attitude, as well as eagerness to get a task accomplished, will take you a long way. Also, try to absorb as much off your craft as you can at all times. There is always more to learn and more to improve at, and realising this and applying it is also a good way to be successful. FInally, and probably the hardest part, is once you start to be successful at something, you need to grow those arround you as much as possible. This makes the whole environment succeed more, and, believe it or not, the best way to learn something, is to teach it. I hope this helps you!

i cant say they are hardworking but they plan their things ahead and follow that no matter wat happens they r really focused on Wat to do and also they develop Wat is called as positive thinking which enable them go further and also they believe in themselves and do not allow critics to let them down and finally they are sincere and honest towards their work or rather dedicated to their work. these are wat i believe makes a successful person.
