  1. There are many universities that too for arts.You can SMU I did my PG there.


  2. IGNOU is the best. Many universities do offer courses. But their course content is suspect.

  3. Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) is more popular all over India.

    If you are in Maharashtra, Yashwantrao Chavan ( YCMOU ) is well known university.

    Mumbai University offers distance learning courses, too.
