  1. I think the biggest flaw is this.  People have a chronological age (how long you have lived on this planet) and a mental age (how old your mind behaves).  The problem is, if a child is in 8TH grade and reads at a 5TH grade level, when standardized tests are given, they must take the tests based upon their chronological ages, rather than what they are doing in a classroom every single day.
