  1. There aren't many herbs (specifically plants) that help with circulation, but there are several nutrients. The biggest thing is that most of the fruits and vegetables can help indirectly because they have vitamins/minerals that are good for overall health, and when you're healthier, that will include circulation... but not as much as certain nutrients that directly benefit circulation.

Some of the most effective and popular herbs for circulation are Hawthorn, Butcher's Broom, Horse Chestnut, Ginkgo Biloba (for circulation to the brain, mostly), Gotu Kola, and of course Cayenne and Garlic (which you've already tried). The other main nutrients are Niacin (B-3), Fish Oil, Hesperidin, L-Arginine, and L-Ornithine. Good luck!

  3. just about all fruits and vegetables have qualities that help blood pressure. The problem is no ones eats enough daily. I grow my own cabbage, brocolli and collards, tomatoes and etc. Any green veg. is great and bright colored fruits are also. Grapes are prob. the best.I have something about this that is very interesting if you want to send me your email. There is no web site for what i have, it was emailed to me.
