well coming from experience I've been in the hospital a lot

and what you find is a curtain for privacy an IV a nurse calling button T.V with remote a portable tray table for food and depending on the condition you in there are different things but every hospital has those things that i listed for sure.

Bed side table with water pitcher, night stand next to bed aslo.

A call button... a bunch of grapes, a drip thing, a board with the patient's name on... depends what's wrong with them.
