  1. There are several good choices:

    1) You could visit South America -- In Argentina, see Buenos Aires, a European like city, or travel south to see the untouched nature in Tierra del Fuego.  In Chile, see the capital Santaigo and perhaps visit a wine region.

    2) In Europe, you could visit Spain, which has many historical and cultural regions.  The capital Madrid is famous.  Or you could go to southern Spain and see the bullfighting in Sevilla.  The Alhambra in Granada is one of the most famous sights in Europe.  I love Barcelona, but they primarily speak Catalan, although I'm sure you can get by in Spanish too.  Spain also has beach destinations like Ibiza or the Canary Islands.

    3) Mexico has loads of places to visit.  For a touristy destination, try Cancun.  For a bit more beach and nature, try Cozumel or Cabo San Lucas.

    4) In Central America -- Costa Rica is a great desintation for the rain forest, beach, or mountains.  Or slightly off the beaten path, try Guatemala.  And Panama is famous for the canal.  Might be fun to take a ship across.

    5) In the US, you'd think that Miami is a Spanish speaking city, as nearly everyone is fluent.  It has a great beach scene and plenty of restaurants.  Or try Puerto Rico, which has nice beaches and a historic old town.

    6) In the Caribbean -- Cuba is popular as an untouched destination.  Difficult but not impossible to visit if you're from the US.  If you're looking for an all inclusive, try the Dominican Republic.

    Happy travels!
