they are entirely different. even if you will just look at their photos, you will see their big differences. have you ever tried to search for their difference? why don't you try it yourself? i you can't really compare them i will help you. true pampas grass looks like  straighter compared to the jubata grass. the second grass you said could be taller than the true pampas grass because the true one can reach only up to 3 meters while the other can reach up to seven meters. perhaps, you know how to search so look for the other things you don't know.
