  2. In Italian cooking you normally see pastas, and theres also alot of bakeing involved in italian cuisine, breads, pizza doughs etc..They use lots of cheeses and oils causeing the food to somtimes turn out pretty greasy. Parm cheese is a cheese they love to put on just about anything.

and the use olive oil....in EVERYTHING.(not really but it seems like it) it might be the healthiest of all oils but its still pure fat...

In Japanese and chinese cooking one of their main staple foods is rice or rice noodles....Like Sushi...always served with rice. They use all kinds of protiens....Beef, Poultry, Pork, Seafood. And they love their soy sauce lemme tell ya. its either in...or can be added to just about any of their meals. They make good use of Cocunut milk in alot of desserts. and in many currys

The Dutch & Germans normally use the same ingredients such as starchy foods....like potatoes. and their fav protien is def sausage. youll see it alot as the main source of meat in their recipes. they also use a good amount of cheese in their cooking.

The french enjoy butter, butter and more butter.

but they also have a very deep Cuisine. they use everything you can think of. All meats. vegees. eggs. etc. And they LOVE their desserts.

Morrocans use alot of Olive oil. and Olives in general in their cooking. Along with Coucous. Seafood is a large staple in morrocan cooking.

Then the spanish Love useing Peppers...and spices in all of their cooking. they are another big user of rice. They use alot of simpler meats such as beef, and chicken in their cooking.

thats all i can help with but i hope i did help a little
