Depends on your opinion of attractive.  From someone who has been to nearly all 50 states (sorry Montana & North Dakota) I will say the following cities stand out in terms of scenery and/or architecture:

Anchorage, AK

Austin, TX

Bangor, ME

Boston, MA

Burlington, VT

Charleston, SC

Chicago, IL

Denver, CO

Honolulu, HI

Key West, FL

Miami, FL

Newport, RI

New Orleans, LA

New York, NY

Providence, RI

San Diego, CA

San Francisco, CA

Seattle, WA

St. Petersburg, FL

Traverse City, MI

To name a tiny few...  Keep in mind these are of my own opinion.  Either way, it's a gorgeous country.  Check it out.
