Robert August, Walden, Takayama, Webber, Stewart, and G&S are the more popular.  Would take a book to describe the differences since each has more then one design.  I prefer wider boards with a concave nose for noseriding and narrower boards for performance.  Take a look at their websites and you will find all you need.
