What are some of the most important things to know when working around, and with, HORSES?

  1. They need to know who's boss.

    They kick and it hurts.

    They bite very hard also.

    Always load and unload from the same side.

    They sense fear.

    They eat alot.

    They stink, especially the back end.

    They are loyal companions just like a dog.

    You will love them, once you are comfortable around them!


  2. watch out for droppings!!!

  3. Never stand directly behind the horse with your legs apart, and slap the horse on the hind quarters.
