What are some of the most open minded/free spirited cities in America?

Soooo many tourist!! or some where up north, the people are very nice in the midweat, just be careful to not move to some redneck town!

but miami has a better opprotunity of jobs and stuff.

San Francisco from what I've heard. Anything untraditional you should be able to find there. I've been to L.A. but not San Fran.

Portland Or, i live here. Eugene, Or I go there often. Asheville, NC lived there, Austin, Texas. You don't need to be rich to have fun and a good life in these cities, but don't come to Oregon. It is starting to fill up here.

San Francisco- very diverse with lots of cultures and a very liberal city.
