  1. If you live in a No-Fault State and you have PIP coverage, your PIP benefits will be denied if you contributed to YOUR injury while operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.  

    In most cases, if not all, if you are DUI and have Collision coverage, your Collision coverage will pay for the damage to your vehicle.  It is possible that you may have an endorsement that outright denies all coverage, but I doubt it. Your liability insurance will cover you for any property damage or bodily injury in which you are legally liable.

    You may get some responses to your question saying that DUI is illegal.  Of course it is, but that does not necessarily exclude coverage.  Going through red lights, speeding, driving on a suspended license are all illegal, but insurance does make payment in any of these circumstances.
