What are some of the possible changes to take place in the childcare center?

Every childcare is different.  What you need to do is start with your childcare and decide what it is you feel needs changed.  Don't try to figure out what you want to do to acheieve that change until you have that well defined.

If the students are disrespectful, when and where do you see them being disrespectful?  You may find that it happens a half hour before lunch (just an example.)  Does that mean lunch time needs to change?  Do they need a mid morning snack?

You may notice it is over a particular thing they want to do.  If they are arguing over something, do they need more understanding on what is expected for sharing and letting others use something before they can use it?

You may not like the way the room looks.  Start with what you DO like about it.  Try to arrange things to compliment that style.

You may find the children are just beginning to feel bored.  Change the layout of where the shelves are.  You will be surprised how much a difference that makes.

The idea is to find what you think the problem is.  Why do you need to change?  Start there then you can see what does/doesn't work well in regards to that and make adjustments.

Not sure what you are looking for in this question but ill take a stab at it,...First if your child or children have been in a center and happy and know are no longer happy.. There is always a reason, Listen to them ask questions pop into the center when no one would expect you to be there, watch how the children are playing they tend to roll play alot. If you are asking so you can be aware well there are always changes in staff, day care is hard and only the right people can handle it, Hope it helps
