  1. are you carrying any diseases

  2. If she is applying for a spousal sponsorship visa than they will ask questions concerning the validty of your relationship.  She should expect to be asked about how you two met and describe in detail how the relationship began.  She will be asked about your marriage.  When and where did it occur, were friends and family present.  Has she met your family and vice versa?  Who did she meet, when and where?  How do you maintain your relationship while living apart?  She can bring letters, cards and photos to document that what she is telling is the truth.  If you have traveled together than she should know the dates and destinations of these occasions.  Also airline tickets or stamped passports can provide authenticity of the travels.

She will likely be asked if you have met any of her friends and if she has met yours. What does your family think of the relationship?

Basically, they just want to know that the marriage isn't a sham to get her into the US.  If the relationship is true than she shouldn't worry.
