I think this vitamin water is a scam.  Just because something has vitamins in it, doesn't mean that the body can use the vitamins.  A lot of vitamins are not in the form that the body can use, so it is either flushed out of the body and not used or it remains in the body and builds up which could become toxic.  

The same goes for foods like cereals that claim it is loaded with vitamins.
