What are some of the things to look for when buying a sculling boat??

I used to row in an eight, but I want to learn to scull which means that I need to get a boat. I'd appreciate any advice people can offer me on wooden vs. fiberglass, good or not so good brands, any red flags to look for, etc. Thanks.

The one thing I look for in a Sculling boat is no visable bones to slow it down
