What are some of the ways i can hook the audio output of pc to my Kenwood Home Theater System?

There is not a fiber optic output on pc, just speaker out.

  1. y adapter headphone jack to rca

    coonect the headphone like prong to the green speaker input out put on the back of your pc and the y adapter will split into rcas and connect theat to your rca input

I doubt you have a speaker out on your PC unless it's a cheap PC that came with cheap non-powered speakers.   You should have an 1/8" stereo Line Out Jack (typically green in color) that you can plug in a 1/8" stereo plug to Stereo RCA cable that you can connect to say your TAPE or CD input on your Kenwood.   If the distance is not feasible to run a cable like this, you may want to consider a WiFi Music Bridge to stream the audio over your WiFi network to your stereo.
