ride bicycles, only use cars for long trips etc., rooftop gardens, plant more trees, stop producing useless things made from plastic, could go on and on

I know of one. Mexico city is a big city with a big population, they have a lot of cars, so they decided to dont let cars ending in a certain number to dont circulate on specific days, so they can cut down the Co2, and the pollution levels of the air would be ok.
