What are some of your favorite memories of school dance(and worst)?

tell me some of your fav. and worst school dance moments.

My best memory is the homecoming dance my senior year. I was in the top 3 for homecoming queen, so I was SO excited all night to find out if I would win or not.

Then my worst memory is of prom. My group missed the entire dance. We left for dinner at like 7pm, and we didn't get to the prom until almost 1am, which is when the "dance" part of prom was over. Our limo had a flat tire on the way to dinner and it took FOREVER for our driver to change it. We were all so irritated.

Favorite moments- all the times I went with my girl friends and just had a good time shaking it on the dance floor, not worrying about dates or what the guys thought.

Bad moments- every dance I tried to attend with a date.

Since my school was very small and everyone knows everyone, and all the guys have been my friends since kindergarden. I never went with a date. well i did go with two great girls i know, i think a lot of people guestioned about because these girl are basicly bi, so that was funny to hear the rumors go around. At the dance before another friend of mine went into the restroom with a glow stick that had busted and splattered it over the entire floor and walls. Then as many people as posible fit into the girls restom and turned the light off and basicly it turned into a bathroom rave.

Although, the best times always happened after.

Worst moments, when my wana-b friend sat in the corner and was playing like she was reading a book... she was so dramatic, honestly who reads a book in the dark.

Fun:

Doing several dances and the Hokey Pokey I think it is called. All the student at Christmas were in a huge all.. by all, I mean several classes form a ring with the teachers in the hall to do the Hokey Pokey.. was real fun!

Not-so-fun:

Having to dance with a partner of the opposite s*x :o .. took us all forever to each get with a partner. The boys were foing "ugh" and the girls were " I am not dancing with a boy!" Quite funny looking back haha!
