  1. Chicken and turkey aren't necessarily that low in fat.  Dark meat with skin, can be very fatty.  Look for EXTRA-LEAN poultry.  In addition, extra-lean beef (especially 96/4 ground sirloin) and pork are very healthy alternatives.  Flank and skirt steaks are low in fat too.... Fish is a great alternative, especially salmon

  2. turkey breast, beef, fish, hamburger that you grill yourself

  3. turkey or grilling any white meat

  4. You can grill other types of poultry as well on the grill.  Some are better than others.  I'd have grilled duck and its wonderful.

Veggies are also great candidates.  Personally, I love having garlic and olive oil asparagus grilled.   Very tasty

I think grilling a nice piece of salmon or halibut is also a great choice.  If you're looking for recipes go to

  5. Fish contains Omega 6 which is very good for you.  So having at least one fish meal a week will help.  More is better.

  6. Fish is very healthy for you.

  7. beef or pork tenderloin

    bison

    turkey breast

  8. There are a few meats that are good for you as well that are not chicken. Any lean cut of beef like tenderloin of fish like Tolopia or pretty much most of what they call white fish like halibut perch some catfish. if you trim your meat well or have the butcher do it. pork loin or tenderloin in moderation isn't terrible for you. the thing that gets most of us in trouble with meat is either what we dip it in to fry it or what we pour over it after its cooked. the way it is prepared is as important as what you are preparing. and then if it is less than healthy, dint eat a jethro Boding size plate of it.
