What are some polite and impolite ways to respond to, "nice to meet you"?

- yeah, nice meeting you too!

- it was nice, i had a good time.

- definantly was, we should catch up again.

Impolite ;

- yeah alright

- who gives a f-u-c-k

- wish i could say the same

- it wasnt nice more a waste of time

"I must say, this is the highlight of my day." (or something along the lines of that)

"You just brightened up my day."

Impolite:

Look them from head to toe with a nasty look and then walk away.

Simply ignore them.

"Stay the h**l away from me."

There are plenty of ways to respond; it depends on who you just met (ie. a blind date, a stranger who approaches you, a friend of a friend, etc.)
