For in the pool - British bulldog! (im english lol)

A player is selected as the Bulldog, and they go to the middle of the pool. All remaining players go at one end of the pool (home). The aim of the game is to get from one end of the pool to the other, without being caught by the bulldogs. When a player is caught, they become a bulldog themselves. When everyone is at one end the have to then get back again. The game ends when everyone becomes a Bulldog. The winner is the last player to become a bulldog.

If its too easy for the players to get caught use the lengths of the pool rather than the widths.

Growing up I had many pool parties where we'd have water balloons, diving sticks, rafts, obviously lots of snacks and soda.  The water balloons were always a hit.

do you mean like activities and things?

well...boys and girls don't really like to have

organized games.

they'd rather be wild and crazy and run around and do whatever.

but for a successful pool party, you just need to have lots

of food and drinks.

blast the music (preferably dancing-type music).

and i suggest you have it more in the evening.

maybe start when there's a little sun up still (730-8ish),

let everyone swim for a while,

and then let them do whatever they want.

go inside, hang out in the yard.

dance, talk, play kissing games (haha).

whatever.
