  1. This site is The Problem Kid Problem-Solver, and is supposed to be the largest source of solutions for challenged kids on internet. It has a lot free, plus books, posters, workshops and more. Try this part of the site first: http://www.youthchg.com/education.html. There is even Live Expert Help and a Q & A Help Forum. If you can't find it on this site, it may not exist.

  2. If you are seeking information about agencies that respond to the needs of children in families where there is child abuse or neglect, it is best to contact the agency directly and immediately.  In California, for example, school employees who have a reasonable suspicion that child abuse or neglect may have occured are REQUIRED by law to report to an appropriate agency such as the Children Services Department with 24 hours of such evidence as bruises or child reparts of beatings.  The agency will investigate and determine whether there is a need for concern or not.  It is their duty to advocate for the safety and security of the child.  That may involve anything from family counseling to having the child placed in foster care.
