  1. IMHO, you should go to a pre-school and ask what are their requirements for teaching. But, depending on your location and the school you attend to choose, they may have classes for "adult education". Or, they may have distance learning classes where you earn your degree online while still working and such. As for the distance learning classes, if you choose this option, make sure that the school you choose have an accreditation (sp?). So, when you earn your degree, it is legit and it means something.

  2. Check with your local community college -- my son attended a wonderful preschool at our local college.  The main teachers are fully qualified, but interns and early-childhood ed. students teach as well.  If you get into that kind of ed. program then you could start working with kids while you're learning, and have some great role models as well.

    Good luck!

  3. Most preschools don't require college but you can check.

Going to school online is the most easiest way to get your degree. I just finished up with AXIA college-Western International University. I would highly recommend it to you!

    Good Luck.
