What are some educational game sites for kids-ages 3 to 5.. that deal strictly with numbers and letters... I donot want any that are just games... Sites that only help with numbers and letters...

starfall.com is excellent for teaching letters and letter sounds.  It also allows your child to hear stories being read and interact with the stories.  Wonderful site!!  

pbskids.org is also a great site for learning.

Learning sites for children ages 3-5 typically are game oriented, so don't be turned away because of that.  Children at this age learn best when they are entertained by what they are doing.  It keeps them wanting to play more!  Afterall, they learn through play.
