  1. Sadly the best question that could be asked can not be asked.

If I were a bank manager I would be compelled to ask if the person wanting the position was financially stable. Most people who are caught stealing (bank or not) tend to have trouble financially.

  2. have you ever been involved in a bank robbery and were you the one with a gun

  3. do you have any other job experience where you worked with money, how comfortable are you working with the public, are you willing to work weekends (only if it's a branch that is open weekends).

  4. can you be around large amounts of money without having an urge to steal some?

  5. can you count and add and subtract.....I know some that can't.

  6. when i became a teller, at my initial interview i was asked why i wanted the position (I wanted to get a degree in finance and thought this would be a great career choice to advance my understanding of the business), What my strengths are (great customer service, punctuality, and a fast learner), and weaknesses. Only later after you have had our training will they ask you about different aspects of the banking business.

GOOD LUCK! I loved working at the bank!!!!!!

  7. Have you ever been convicted of stealing
