  4. lots of good advice in these replies.  sometimes it is hard to remember all the good things so here is a suggestion.  Go the site (dr R has a link in his answer) and print out the information.  Once a week read over the list and see that you are doing the "good" things.  This way you can get variety and enjoy healthy meals and snacks.  Good luck.
