  1. i dunno if this works for you

    sometimes i do this when im in a rush to get to school :)

    scramble an egg and rip up pieces of ham/turkey [that sliced kind you get from the store] and cook it until the egg gets cooked

    i figurei t has lots f protein. eggs and ham. andi t fits your criteria of quick and easy :D

  3. I would get some protein powder and make protein shakes. Blend one scoop of powder with Minute Maid Lite (8oz), 1 cup of ice and some fruit(blueberries,strawberries, whatever you want) . This drink is very high in protein, low in calories (only 45 if you skip the fruit) and will keep you full for a long time...

    If I have more time, I cook egg whites, turkey bacon and have a side of fruit with it. Very healthy and tasty too!
