  1. punch urself in the face is a good one

  2. Just get out and use your offhand for everything you can do with your strong hand. It's as simple as that. Use mostly your offhand in practices because no one cares how retarded you look in practice. They care about how you beat the other team in games because you used your offhand. Good Luck!!

  3. Practice makes perfect.  While at home, practice on your non dominant hand.  Practice cradling for awhile then move to throwing.  If you have someone with you practice catching.  If there is no one to catch with just through the ball up with you non dominant hand and catch it with your non dominant hand.  Also work on ground balls.  All these drill may be annoying and frustrating but they really help you improve in this amazing sport!!!

  4. WallBall.  Throw the ball against a wall and catch and pass with your weak hand.  Or grab a friend and catch.  Do 20 strong hand, 20 weak hand, then increase the numbers of reps.

Also if you are having trouble with the mechanics , stand in front of a mirror.  WITHOUT a ball, make a throwing motion with your dominant hand.  Move in slow motion and watch your body's mechanics.  Then switch hands and try to mimic it with your weakhand watching yourself in the mirror.
