What are some "good" retail stores to work at?

I've worked in retail for 3 yrs and I know I can't get out of it until I graduate college. But I'm looking for something better. What are some good retail stores to work at, if any? Could be clothing, grocery, whatever. Please include hourly wage, if you know it! Thank u! Also I live in FL.

Dillards and Kohls Department stores.  Minimum wage with some small bonuses.  You work with lots of fun people.  /

a store that sells high priced mdse will generally get a better class of customer and will pay a higher wage

You would want to work in a store that you like their clothes or products.  From my experience, they want their employees to wear or purchase their stuff--unless you work in a children's store.  You can usually get a good discount and know when things go on reduced prices before the customers.
