What are some really fun activities to do in AZ?

me and my friends want to plan a fun night out, what are some suggestions (we are 16 so going to clubs isnt really an option haha and we live in phoenix)

any ideas?

Get all your friends together and go camping in Payson. Take an adult but have them camp some where else.
