What are some really good Jpop songs that you know?

List some Jpop songs that you can actually sing to. Not songs that are so slow and quiet like you've just came back from a funeral. lol

what are your recommendations??

oh yea also, do not list any songs from Hikaru Utada or Do as Infinity because ive heard most of their songs and i wanna hear something new =]

However here are some:

Tamaki Nami won in a contest to sing the opening of Gundam Seed [I think, but I'm not sure which Gundam it was for].

She has many upbeat songs, I believe.

I'm not sure if YUI is considered jpop, but some label her music as jpop.  

I'm pretty sure that Tohoshiki is considered jpop, and they're extremely well known.  They were handpicked to "dominate" the Asian music world.

Arashi is pretty famous.

I've heard that Angela Aki is pretty good from my friend.

Another friend is crazed of Leah Dizon.

I'm sorry that I can't think of more, but the site mentioned above contains mostly Japanese songs and updates constantly.

For me...



1) Perfume- i like their upbeat/electronic sound to them (Love the World, Game Game)

2) Namie Amuro- pretty catchy R&B tunes (Girl Talk, Baby Don't Cry, Hide and Seek)

3) Rythem- good catchy pop with some old-fashion flare to them (Love Call, Picasso No Kyuujitsu, Tenkyu)

4) KAT TUN- weren't too familiar with their stuff before but i went to a concert with a friend and they weren't bad

5) Koda Kumi?- dont know too much from her but i really like her song called Lady Go
